A Successful Week


So I ended up having a very successful week with the new nutrition plan! After one week I was able to lose 4.4 pounds bringing me down to 270 pounds!

Now the question that most people ask when starting a new nutrition plan is "How were your cravings?". To be honest, they were not as intense I expected them to be. Now to say I didn't have any at all would be lying to your beautiful faces, but I can honestly say it was a relatively low amount. At one point I thought about robbing my nephew of all of his fries (the brat didn't even finish them!). There were a couple of times for sugar cravings, but that is about it.

Now, this is a new week, new challenges, and most likely different cravings. However, I just have to keep my eye on the prize, take it one day at a time, and find motivation from every possible source I can!
